  • Your daily responsibilities to your kids, your family, your home, and your work can feel overwhelming.

  • Trying to come up with a sensible and effective fitness plan to regain your strength and health feels next to impossible.


The advice for moms when it comes to health and fitness is mainly repackaged varieties of the same get-fit-quick and starve-yourself schemes that rarely,if ever, create lasting change. 

Your doctor's advice to simply walk more is just plain wrong. Doing High-Intensity Training 5 days a week is a recipe for disaster. And the internet simply holds information, not real guidance. 

We believe you are meant to grow strong and age gracefully.

And while no woman is an island, being a mom can feel isolating. 

We believe that moms need a community of friends and coaches to help them be the best version of themselves.

We have spent decades testing and refining the training and lifestyle principles of our Mom Strong training program to transform the lives of hundreds of moms.


And now we are proud to offer this training program live and in-person at our new clinic for a small group of moms who are ready to take their health and fitness to the next level.

How do you get started?

​​1. Fill out the Inquiry form below and we'll reach out to get you connected for a free 30-minute consult.

2. If you are a good fit for the Mom Strong Team, we will reserve for you one of the 4 available spots for Mom Strong Team 1.

As a part of the Mom Strong team, you'll meet twice a week (Wednesdays and Fridays) from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. for the first 8-week training cycle.


You'll become part of a vibrant small group that's dedicated to showing up and supporting each other.


You'll discover a level of strength, athleticism, fitness, and grit beyond your imagination.


And you'll have the watchful eye of a seasoned sports medicine professional coaching and guiding you every step along the way.
